Former Sri Lanka Cricket Captain TM Dilshan’s daughter Limansa Thilakaratne has been named for the Sri Lanka U19 Girls squad for the upcoming tour of Australia.
During the tour, the girls will play both T20 and 50 Over tri series involving Australia and New Zealand.
The Cricket Selection Committee has selected a 16-member squad to take part in the tri series and Sri Lanka’s campaign will commence on September 20.
“Mithali Ayodya was selected for the 16-member squad but will not tour owing to injury while Erandi Hansamali comes in place of her.” a SLC release on Thursday (12) said.
